Great Charles Street Offices, Birmingham

CoARC were employed by Office Principles to assist them with their office refurbishment project at 148 and 154 Great Charles Street for Ergo real estate.  CoARC assisted with the technical detailing for the interior concepts for the building’s public areas including the reception areas, meeting rooms, tea points and circulation spaces.  This included bespoke joinery and cabinetry, wall panelling, glazed partitions and partitioning and ceilings generally.

We worked closely with the interior designers at Office Principles to realise their visions.  A slatted timber aesthetic was used for wall backdrops, aspects of the joinery and as features and screens throughout the scheme.  Moss wall panels are used as a feature behind the tea points.
